Hoje esteve um dia de inverno frio, chuvoso e com vento forte. A noite já muito pior. Tricotar continua a ser a minha preferência nestes dias. Quando acabar a camisola que ando a fazer vou começar a bordar.
Janeiro é o mês dos gatos e eu adoro-os. Assim, nada mais apropriado que mostrar o que fiz com um encantador tecido cheio de divertidos gatinhos. Os gatinhos estão sentados numa sala de cinema e cada um tem uma expressão mais engraçada que o outro. Reparem que até há uma gatinha a tricotar. As bolsinhas da avô sempre me fascinaram e eu fiz duas para oferecer no Natal a amantes de gatos e outra para mim. Para forro usei tecido às bolinhas. Não ficaram um mimo? Que acham?

Today was a day of cold, rainy and windy. The night is much worse. Knitting continues to be my preference on these Winter days. When I finish the sweater I'm knitting now I'll start embroidering.
January is the month of cats and I love them. So, nothing more appropriate than show you what I did with a lovely fabric full of fun kittens. They are sitting in a movie theatre and each has a funny expression. Notice that there is a kitten knitting. The metal frame pouches have always fascinated me and I made two for Christmas gifts to cat lovers and one for me. For lining I used polka dots fabric. Aren't they cute? What do you think?
