Autumn Sunday morning, time for my walk in Belém!
In past times by the hand of my late and dear father, now next to my beloved husband!
Take a deep breath, soak in the scenery and relax the spirit!

Belém, Lisbon historic area is full of childhood memories. The tiny daisies in the grass, the ladybugs and butterflies in the beautiful flowers, the museums, the monuments, the gardens, the municipal library full of books that enchanted me since childhood ... a whole bunch of things that are part of the place where I was born, grew up and live .
I'm going to share a few corners that I know by eyes closed.
Around the CCB - Cultural Center of Belém .
It opened in 1993 to host the headquarters of the Portuguese presidency of the European Community. Later it develops numerous cultural activities, conferences, exhibitions, concerts, fairs and also lodges the Museum of Design and Berardo Collection. It has a very modern architectural feature. A curious fact, has 1300 doors and gates.
My favorite place is the coffee shop with a terrace from where can be seen the Tagus River.
