CAPA DE ALBÚM DE BÉBÉ - BABY ALBUM COVER

Olá queridos leitores,

Começo por agradecer todas as visitas e gentis comentários deixados no meu último post e aos quais eu não consegui responder individualmente. São um grande estimulo para mim, obrigada.

Bem-vindo Março! Por aqui os dias são de sol e frios. Para mim céu azul e dias mais longos são o suficiente para me sentir com energia renovada.  

A Primavera está a aproximar-se e hoje partilho convosco algo bem florido. É a capa de um albúm que ofereci ao bébé mais novo da família, a prima Clarinha. Foi feito com muito carinho há 10 meses. Adoro fotografia e decidi fazer uma capa personalizada para um vulgar albúm.  E aqui está o resultado !

I start by thanking all visits and kind comments left on my last post and to which I could not answer individually. They are a great encouragement for me, thank you.

Welcome March! Here the days are sunny and cold. For me blue sky and longer days are enough to feel  myself with renewed energy.

Spring is approaching and today I share with you something very flowery. It is the cover of an album that I offered to the youngest baby of the family, lovely cousin Clarinha. It was made with great affection for10 months ago. I love photography and I decided to make a fabric  cover for a comun album. And here's the result!

Sobre linho bordei este amoroso desenho em tons de azul.

 On linen I stitched this cute design in shades of blue.

Diverti-me a fazer uma inicial  em crochet.

I enoyed to crocheted an initial.

Nas fotos está a doce Sofia, a minha filha agora com 27 anos! Como o tempo passa!

On the photos is sweet Sofia, my daughter now with 27 years old! As time goes by!

Para completar o presente e com a ajuda da minha Sizzix fiz este postal. Gostam?

I joined to the present a postcard  made with my Sizzix. What do you think?

Depois de transferir  o desenho base só precisei de semear florinhas por todo o lado.

After transfer the basic design I  only needed sowing flowers everywhere.

FEITO COM AMOR - MADE WITH LOVE

Olá queridos visitantes,

E sem dar conta já estamos em Fevereiro! E com as temperaturas agradáveis que por aqui andam  o amor bem pode estar no ar. Pois é eu confesso, sou uma  romântica abençoada por viver há muitos anos um grande amor. Adoro Sunbonnet e foi fácil juntar dois amores, digamos que três, porque também adoro bordar! Aqui partilho o resultado!

And without realizing we are already in February! And with the pleasant temperatures here we can say that love may well be in the air. Yes I confess, I am a romantic blessed to live for many years a great love.I love Sunbonnet and was easy to join two loves, is better say three because I also love embroidery! Here I share the result!

Tudo o que precisamos é de Amor! O Amor é simplicidade, pequenos gestos!

All we need is love! Love is simplicity, small things!

Amor é uma simples flor, um olhar, um sorriso .

Love is a simple flower, a look, a smile.

Usei uma moldura de borracha que há algum tempo comprei em Londres. Como não gostava do tom, lembrei-me de a forrar com renda cor de pérola para combinar com o tom do linho. Gostei do resultado e vocês?

I used a rubber frame that some time ago I bought in London. As I did not like its color I lined it with  lace to matching with linen tone. I liked the result and you?

Depois de fixar o tecido cortei o excesso e colei por cima um cartão para tapar o avesso.

After fixing the tissue I cut the excess and pasted over a card to cover the inside out.

Amor é confiança, respeito, partilha.

Love is trust, respect, sharing.

A pequena flor fiz em crochet. 

The little flower made in crochet.

Fiz um pequeno coração fazendo malha baixa num arame e depois dei-lhe forma. 

I made a small heart crocheting over wire and then gave it heart shape.

Amor é percorrer um longo caminho juntos, é compreensão. 

Love is a long way to run together, it's understanding.

Amor verdadeiro é para sempre e dá frutos.

True love is forever and blooms.

Amor é ajuda, é cuidar e proteger.

Love is help, is to take care and protect.

Lusitanus, o meu querido e curioso gato ajudou-me a escolher a renda. Decidimos que branco não era a melhor opção ^_^

Lusitanus my sweet and curious cat  helped me choosing the lace. We decided that white wasn't the best option ^_^

BORDADOS DE PÁSCOA - EASTER'S EMBROIDERY

Olá  a todos!

Como estão? Tenho visto imensos trabalhos lindos alusivos à Páscoa. 

Hoje Dia de Ramos, finalmente vou partilhar o que fiz para a minha mesa de Páscoa. A Primavera chegou, a hora mudou e embora com algum vento o sol brilha e dá-nos o calor e a luz que nos anima. O aroma das flores  nos campos envolve-nos docemente e as borboletas já andam estonteadas com tanta cor. E os coelhos da Páscoa onde estão? Há de tudo um pouco aqui, espreitem!

How are you? I have seen lots of beautiful works about Easter time.

Today Palm Day, I will finally share what I did for my Easter table. Spring is here and although windy the sun shines and gives us heat and light that rejoice us. The scent of flowers in the fields sweetly involves us and butterflies are already dazzled with so much color. And Easter rabbits where are they? There is a bit of everything here, have a peek!

Fiz um pano para a cesta do pão ou dos biscoitos. Bordei quatro desenhos diferentes  e contornei-o com um picô mimoso. Gostam?

I made a cloth to the basket of bread or biscuits. I embroidered four different designs and put a dainty peak around. Do you like the result?

O chocolate, as amêndoas e especialmente o pão para mim são uma enorme tentação. Nós portugueses adoramos pão e aqui deixo uns pãezinhos de passas ainda quentinhos...podem servir-se... querem manteiga?!  

Chocolate, almonds and  especially bread are for me a temptation. We Portuguese, we love bread and here I leave a few bread rolls of raisins still warm ... can help yourself ... do you want some butter?!

Adoro flores silvestres e borboleta! I really love wild flowers and butterflies!
