Sempre adorei borboletas, as suas cores e fragilidade fascinam-me. Já há algum tempo que queria experimentar fazê-las usando a técnica japonesa de dobrar tecido - orinuno. Pode ver a minha inspiração aqui. Ficaram assim.... e voaram pelas minhas flores...
Gostam das minhas borboletas?

Hello everyone!

Today the sun shone! March came and I get just thinking about spring. Nature starts to wake up slowly, the first flowers emerge and butterflies begin to wake up from a long sleep in their cocoons.
I always loved butterflies, their colors and fragility fascinate me. For quite some time I wanted to try to make them using the Japanese technique of folding fabric - Orinuno. You can see my inspiration here. They stayed like that .... and flew around my flowers ...
Do you like my butterflies?

Diverti-me e entusiasmei-me bastante a fotografá-las... I enjoyed  and had  a lot of fun  photographing them ..

Voa, voa doce borboleta ....  Fly, fly sweet butterfly ...

Happy day!
With love,
Ana

  47. I think I’m good at folding papers but I haven’t folded fabric. Your way of folding fabric is fabulous, Ana. Your butterflies are like flying flowers. I’m surprised that you have ume (prunus mume) flowers. Looks like we share the similar weather of mild winter, though this year was terribly cold. Wish you happy March ahead.

That is the link I clinked (after removing all the "20%" that were inserted). I couldn't go to the link. I would love to see how you made these precious butterflies.

How big are they? In inches? Centimeters? Sew cute!

    Thank you,
    Kelley~
